Are you limiting yourself by not renting to people with pets?

The leases indicate there is a no pet policy but in the MLS photos, a dog food bowl and bucket a water can be seen in the laundry room so I do some more digging.

They did include a pet addendum, but some of the forum have indicated those don't fly in NH.

I haven't bought them yet, but in a thread here somewhere, someone mentioned a small tracking device, designed for pets, that could be hidden in appliances.

Make sure every tenant has a lease2. what is allowed and what isn'ta. pets, smoking, number of people in the unit, amount of security deposits, amount of rent/month.

Hello, I just received a 3 day "Notice to perform covenant or deliver possession of premises" from my landlord stating that I have an unauthorized pet.

Have great references, no pets (accept two small gold fish), good paying job and handy with tools, can take care of small repairs and use to work for a plumber.

I do like the idea of finding an additional multi as a non owner occupied investment property.Not sure if it would be tough for us to move into a multi family, finding the multi family is what I find to be the difficult part. 3/2 with a yard for pets.
