Isn’t the advantage of MHP ownership the fact that you own the land (pad sites), have limited maintenance and limited management, and that tenants tend to be long term because mobile homes are costly to move?

They charge exorbitant fees above the rate you get as the owner and they list on third party sites at rates way above what they pay you.

Thank you, I mean if one gets a loan to buy a home and rents it out so the renters can pay the mortgage while the investor keeps on buying homes but all are loans not purchased in cash, exactly when will the investor see a profit , seems like it will be a while.
