I would email Kyle and set up an appointment to talk to the team about joining.

I went out on a listing appointment and made them an offer they couldn't refuse.

so i usually ask who their underwriter is.. and in our market we are covered by all national underwriters so i have them send it to one of my closers here i use all the different underwriters.. no appointment and no charge LOL

I would suggest calling around and seeing if you can get a sit down appointment for an hour with an attorney to discuss the risks you face by going through with the purchase.

I would go find a good local bank and make an appointment to meet.

You are going to see way higher ROI higher CAP RATES ect... in "less" desirable areas and when you see the numbers on the MLS spread sheet your heart starts racing then you do a drive by and don't schedule an appointment.

Guru's are gurus are gurus  how is he going to help you he probably has 100's of students do you really think PHil is going to pick up the phone and walk you through.. it.. fly out to Solano county and go to your appointment with you..
