Hi everyone, I bought a property 5 month ago in Pennsylvania, the property came with a tenant paying under market value rent (actual rent: $550, market rent $1200).

@Brett Deas  The issue with furnished finder we have is the radius of the searches and the data it pulls in for stats as well as matches for the property. 

I’m currently in the middle of a new construction deal, and have an investor that flips plenty of properties- just closed on 2 of his and we have quite a few more coming. 

Besides buying turn-key properties with all cash (from the likes of REI etc), are there any other passive RE investment opportunities that will fit this criteria ?

I ended up with 3 of the parcels (one owner paid before the foreclosure and they had to pay my attorney fees along with the principle and interest on the lien).

I’ve been using a properly management software Hemlane for couple years with no major issues. I’ve recently been hacked and had funds stolen. This happen to anyone else? Wondering my recourse.
