Hi @Kris Freeberg, A lot of people I communicate with get turned off from the price of Appfolio and the $12 million losses they make each year, and are worried what is going to happen to them when they run out of money.I bet a lot of others here would be curious about any other platforms you happened to look into as well.

SFR's not so much or at all.I sent requests to 3 of the 6 to see how good the agents who posted them are with follow up.and to get some feedback from them.. but I am not sure this would be the best bet for a seller in this market your severely reducing the competition for the home... and most likely any chance at multiple offers.. puts the broker in a very tight fiduciary situation.Now if I put my sellers hat on I have 30 new builds going and 7 of them are inner city North.. right by the new seasons off of MLK  HOT area..
