It is also much rarer for said person to come from a civil service job post-retirement, since most public employees are content to punch the clock for 20 years doing a job they hate until they can retire out and start collecting a pension ASAP.

Thanks we're already negotiating the  rate at the 11th hour instead of scrambling at 11th hour which we've done before with another bank because they had a employee change positions at the end
