So I am looking to purchase a 4-property portfolio of seniors only manufactured home parks.  

I was a manufacturing engineer for 3 years before going into real estate full time in 2014.

I'd like to investigate manufacture homes and multifamily.For about a month and a half I've been mailing to notice of default lists and so far haven't made a deal, and I'll admit it's a little frustrating (obviously, this isn't a very good get rich quick scheme), but it's giving us a lot of exposure to a lot of things.  

However, I would also really like to isolate the back half of the lot from the front and install a mobile manufactured home and get an occupancy permit.The temporary and mobile uses would allow me to get some use out of the location until I decide to build something permanent.  

I know of at least one time recently where a big manufacturing company (MC Assembly) was planning to leave the area and Melbourne came through with some tax incentives to get them to commit to the area long term.  

I'm aware that this may be a little off topic for this forum... but I figured you all would be the best people to ask regarding this.I live in Georgia and recently rented a manufactured home for two and a half years.
