Amend the year lease to convey "kick out" powers to tenant #1?

Call the power company, trash company etc and ask them.

This includes all walks, drives, electrical, plumbing, bath and kitchen fixtures, appliances, roofing, painting, lawn, landscaping, and all other exterior and interior items.

Here's what the contractor told me via email this morning: "Just stopped and looked at the job it's going to cost $1050 to install a fan in that bathroom I have to find electricity in the Attic and vented out through the roof please let me know if you want to proceed with the project thanks"Has anyone else had this done recently? 

See if any are delinquent on taxes or if the power is off.  

I'm not out to do brain surgery on a property like electrical work, plumbing or putting on a roof.
