Investor A and Investor E is doing all the work and paying for the rehab costs.

With my first flip I used an investor who has her R/E license.

I am curious to know if anyone has been in a situation where they ha e partnered with someone to use their ability to get an owner occupied FHA loan on a small multi family.

Think E*Trade or Fidelity with different paperwork.

My lot is 100x100 I am located in the middle of neighbor A and B, bordering me on the E/W.The 12x100 piece that Neighbor A own's is to the north of my lot.  

I recently called quicken loans and everything seem to be going well until I gave them my schedule E of taxes.

Purchase price: $35,000 Cash invested: $35,000 First rental unit, all cash deal located near new MGM casino in Springfield.

The business lawyer was really good and to this day I refer people to him and every now and then he gives me leads (he just gave me one last week in fact for a large restaurant franchise that the owners also own the r/e).
