Below are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

For each property I completed extensive work to increase its rental potential.As 2021 is coming to an end, I am looking for a reliable accountant who specializes in real estate investing to help me with taxes and consult on my LLC.

But most of the work on a flip is interior anyway and it usually takes 12 plus weeks, so you can try and wrap up exterior still in November (special low temp paint) or wait until April.Make sure you have heat, if necessary bring in space heaters.

You want a surgeon that specializes in the kind of surgery you need, not a general practitioner.

@Kyle Hilliard I’d shop your lender options and maybe even see if you can find a more independent thinking mortgage broker who specializes investing.
