Real estate has evolved into one big referral system, most anywhere online only promotes agent if they are paying for their name to be put front and center, even here on biggerpockets.

I don’t know whether or not I will still be in the Raleigh area in a year from now due to quick promotions offered in my line of work.

Be specific I would use the $1M to open and promote a "Legal" Psychoactive clinic for Veteran PTSD, Drug addiction/Withdrawal Marriage/Divorce therapy on the Oregon Coast.

Also I shouldn't have to click away or be bombarded with promotions for "Latchel," (a maintenance coordination service they are trying to monetize), EVERY TIME, I go to log or use the maintenance section of the web site that I already pay for.There's more.

The "barrier" is legality which many choose to ignore....We have a BP poster that recently promoted BS escape clauses.

This doesn’t seem like an expiring trend and this doesn’t seem to promote an RE crash.

However, some "online lawyers" (promotion on YouTube) like KKOS lawyers, Anderson Advisors, and Lawyers Limited, just ask for you to input your details on their websites, and then give your credit card for the LLC.

. :)I get that you shouldn't appear too fancy when attempting to attract an average joe to your business but I have never heard of any other successful business that uses hand scrawled messages on a cheap sign to promote themselves. 

Since the passive income thesis promotes passive income we should insure that it is in fact passive.
