Hello,I am attempting to purchase an investment property in a location that I do not live in or work in.

But our By Laws do not state anything about renting a room in my primary residence while I live there.  

HiCurrently live in a 1958 home with an oil furnace from 1997 and original terra cotta tile lined flue, which I am told would be a good idea to have relined with a stainless steel liner because the tiles are no longer aligned.

I live in Pigeon Forge and the lack of traffic, more akin to January and February than May, is enough to say something is amiss this season. 

I’m purchasing a house to flip in Tennessee and I have a partner who will be funding the purchase of the property who lives in Florida.

I now live in California and self-manage, but I wouldn't recommend it for first-timers.

No one else will want to live there.
