I’m more interested in evaluating what people have ultimately decided to do with their own portfolio, as that is more useful/interesting to me than receiving another 10 conflicting opinions.

Direct lenders, bankers, brokers, brick-and-mortar, call center, internet lender, whatever, no difference right now, anyone can catch the 'rona (and/or it's impact on a particular loan file in progress).

Will keep this thread updated as things progress. 

The evaluation tools on this site were instrumental in keeping in line with the estimated cost.  

@Patricia Steiner So Caliber Loans is directly stating they want a lump sum, but will re-evaluate if unable to pay. 

I'd ideally like to buy and hold, but I do plan to evaluate my plan and the market once I'm done with the renovation in the next 3-6 months.

My intent was to draw out greater detail in how you were evaluating the situation. 

What does everyone do to keep logs of all the properties you've evaluated, looked at, are interested in?

I would really like to learn more about your experience with House Hacking and how it has help develop your current Real Estate Career.Also, when you were evaluating a Real Estate deal.
