PS - What's the most unique feature you've seen in house?

I think Crexi has more premium features that you can purchase with their subscription that I believe is $99 a month or so and includes comps and direct to seller marketing information.

Tyler,You adjust the value of the comp up or down based on whether it has more or less features.

This site has a lot of archived useful information if you just use the search feature.

Zillow used to have a great feature Recently Sold and you could sort by "Sold Date".

I use a modified application form found on here to update my old application, TransUnion's Smartmove to screen tenants as I like the feature where they just pay Smartmove directly as my state has weird rules on application fees, so this way I avoid it entirely (after I've checked employment verification and previous history).  

This is one of my favorite features of Bigger Pockets especially for asking specific questions.
