I couldn't be happier, and I'm now a believer in the power of REI and the ways it can generate tremendous wealth.

But if you develop relationships with wholesalers PLUS have a CONSISTENT marketing plan of your own, you can make a very nice living, and build tremendous wealth over time. 

., possible suburbs of Indy that could emerge/see tremendous growth in the coming years include: Plainfield, Franklin, and Avon

I'm very active in the Reno community and this area is experiencing tremendous growth due to Reno/Tahoe Industrial Park. 

They don't know what they don't know; about many things, but specifically about their own tremendous capability. 

Follow up skews numbers a little, a lot of the good investors on here do a TREMENDOUS amount of follow up 2.)

In other words, it was a bad comp, but it helped me tremendously.

I've seen tremendous ups and downs in the real estate market since I began investing "way back when" and it's sometimes a wild ride, but all in all, real estate has been "very, very good to me." :)
