I live on the IL side of the river but that won’t stop me from meeting up with anyone on the MO side.

The other side of the coin is .....I don’t think a strata bylaw overrules Federal and Provincial laws that allow people to cultivate. 

Yes, the listing agent represented both sides on the purchase.

This way, they get paid on both sides of the deal, but just as importantly, they have the direct pipeline of information with the seller to help get the deal done.

They may simply be looking to protect themselves, or trying to get you to sign a one sided contract.

I know several firefighters that do REI on the side. 

Some people are bringing some great deals to the table and there is push back for whatever reason, as they don’t want to sit on the LP side of things.
