We have an early 1900s 1750 square foot Dutch Colonial with a barn style roof. 

So we had to build a duplex style townhomes on each lot but separate units.

I also converted the 2nd floor loft into a closed off 2nd bedroom by building dual sliding barn style doors.

@Hiram Munoz any particular styles of homes that you are looking for or any particular areas of town.

Maybe they can replace them with newer LED style lights which will be cheaper to run anyway.
