Hi Brent,By definition, a condo in Florida has to have an association as a governing body and some means to fund maintenance of common areas.

If you decide to refinish or paint the floor I would not suggest using ANY product that will attempt to file the gaps between the boards or finish that will attempt to make the floor look like one piece.
