I did rather like it before, and without the awards easily see able, my desire to keep acquiring them for myself sort of waned.

I can understand the desire to keep something free and clear, especially if it's your primary residence.

I work in engineering and I'm seeing several developer clients dusting off projects they shelved in 2007-2009 and trying to get them going again, will new inventory drop the bottom out of prices or spur further purchases of nice clean new homes in desirable areas.So until some of this volatility has a chance to stabilize, it is going to be very difficult to see where the market is trending.

Is it the overall desirability and livability of climate?

A postive attitude and a desire to do what you really want are REQUIRED to do this.

You can get one property in a less desirable area for about $200,000 in places where you and me wouldn't like to live.

Nothing wrong with asking on a website, but you will make a much stronger impression if you come across face to face with someone as well spoken with a strong desire.

I really have no desire to do straight residential as this will be strictly part time to start for me.My primary concern now is how to go about marketing myself.
