A SFR in Scituate can rent for $3,000/week in the peak of the summer season especially if it has an ocean view.  

A lot of seasoned investors made some good points about if there are hurdles and hiccups along the way... then that means there are lazy people out there not willing to take the time to do it.

To address the LLC aspect, go with a small balance commercial product that doesn't require seasoning or income qualification.Account ClosedThere are various products on the marketplace for no income verification products and with your credit score, you should have no problem.
