Either you both sign a release OR one side can demand a release from the title company, and if the other side doesn't object within 15 days, the title company is supposed to release the money.

She is asking me to sign an NOC letter ( No Objection Certificate ) as her Landlord as part of the Visa application process to prove that they have a place to live together, although they will be moving out basically immediately after he arrives.I'm very unfamiliar with the whole Visa application process or how signing this letter could affect me knowing that they don't plan to stay.

Also you say fully furnished and it looks like no one is living there since the closets are empty, but there is clutter and random objects under the TV area, a bowling ball ect.

@Pete Tam - I'm not sure what your goals and objectives are, but I can tell you that you will not likely find any type of cash flowing rental property near you (bar area).I was in a similar position as you when I first started buying rentals.
