My husband and I are looking for wholesale deals, rehabs and buy-and-hold multi-families.

I'd recommend getting a few deals under your belt and to keep track of the results with the goal of using them as a confidence boost for future potential partners/private investors. 

I really want to do flips as well as buy and holds (ideally multi-family units, apartments are the goal).

And multi family is not out of the question at all.

After 5 years in the industry I was able to accumulate 7 multi-family buildings and went into Real Estate Investing full-time at the beginning of this year.Good luck and I would be happy to share some experience with you.

Our family owns and manages over 100 units (both residential and multi family) with properties in multiple LLc's and Trust's.

In the next few years, I hope to be able to start investing in real estate (buy and hold, multis), and in the next couple of year I will probably be purchasing a new personal residence.

Kinda bummed to find out I lost a multi-bid situation.This was only my 2nd time ever making an offer on a home. 

I'm interested in multi-unit properties in the under 80k range.
