It's not very nice for them to do a bunch of unpaid work just to be told that my client wants to switch to try and save a buck (assuming what you find will beat the volume based savings I get by default, unlikely but not impossible).

It's certainly bang for your buck and does most of what I need it to, but I am wondering if anyone has 25+ properties that they manage with YourPorter. 

Agents simply dont risk going to jail to make an extra fifty bucks.

Furnace or roof replacement- big bucks.

And the more you need to find national experts and pay big bucks to be in the room. 

The story: @Bradley LaBrie mentioned to me a friend of his was selling one of his small 2/1 houses as he needed a quick buck.

At the very least, you'll be able to get a better idea of your market and potentially the greatest bang for your buck.

Like Cody said there also isn't a lot of industry there that will support much higher rents than $800 bucks a month. 

@Kamrava Pirouz Kam - I think all bigger pockets members who have experience know that with a couple thousand bucks you can get into many flips properties and wholesaling.
