Your marketing (pictures and marketing) needs to invite and if there is little movement then there are either few buyers or everyone has looked at it who is going too and the price needs to be adjusted.

We buy for our own F&F fund and source for Invitation, Tricon, others and Marc is right, unless you have an army looking on the MLS...and we do...finding deals is tough.
