We also are flipping as well.We definitely are at a point where we want to take on an employee or two full time for all our endeavors. 

It's phenomenal and it talks about the different mindsets of people in different quadrants: employee, investor, small business, and big business.

(But he has 6 full time employees and a bunch of agents on his team)The top 1% of agents...which starts at about $12 million in volume, do about 90% of all sales.

One of the Duplex share a wall and its mirror image on both side, and the other one they are detach. the employees at the city do not understand variances and lot division. my realtor recommend me to go talk to the county recorder or city planning.  

Sounds like an aggressive solicitation to me... do you have any employees?
