The manufacturers manual is not sufficient for what I am wanting. 

Would it be a better idea to potentially find a cheap piece of land and build 1-2 manufactured houses on that land and rent them out over buying a house for around 250k-300k and renting it out.

I'm a GM for a manufactured home sales center in Walton, KY and a mobile home park owner in South East Indiana (Rising Sun).

My plan was to get my Real Estate license in Ohio and continue to do that, but now if I move, I want to consider an entire different career from what I do now (Manufacturing).I'm still thinking about obtaining a Real Estate License and trying to become a Realtor and Investor.I wouldn't mind working for a Property Management company or even trying to start a small property management company if there is a need or opportunity for it.What kind of careers are available for someone that would like to stay involved in Real Estate as a means to learn more about the facets of Real Estate in Jacksonville.

That's why we wanted to do the manufactured home on the same property of four acres which we could  afford with the lower payment after the three years.

We own a manufactured housing community and our real property law states that the community owner may not charge a late fee if the rent is paid within ten days of the due date.

I guess they would go the way of travel agents, cobblers and buggy manufacturers.

I will like any help with abandon manufactured homes.

I attended a City Council meeting where a commercial broker (who specializes in warehouses) presented ideas where the City could locate companies that need office/warehouse space in one building (tech manufacturing companies) and provide them with both in one property.  

As of right now I work as a Human Resources intern at a manufacturing company.
