I did not know anything about it and slowly but surely by attending the webinars reading the polls reading the blog I have learned quite a bit my husband and I just started a company at first I have no clue what he was talking about but things to biggerpockets I have learn about the do's and don'ts and real estate investment and how to analyze a property and see if its worth getting or not.

You will find a great wealth of knowledge from the BP blog and podcast but most importantly from other BP users from all across the globe!

Could you please point me to what you believe are the top 10 forum, blog and/or webinars that you would recommend to someone using BiggerPockets for real estate investing?

I contacted these people  and they wanted me to fill out an application, they wanted tax returns bank statements a copy of drivers license articles of incorporation, I even think they wanted a copy of my drivers license they wanted my ein number.
