If you can track down a phone number for someone, I'd suggest sending them a post card or handwritten letter first and then following up with a phone call once you know that they've received your mailing.

My wife and I have been driving around our neighborhood and we are going to send letters out to a few of our neighbors. 

It's in the middle of a 15 block square of the city's best bars and restaurants (about a dozen in the last few years).

You can time block your day/week into different activities pretty easily though.Do you have knowledge or experience investing in real estate?

Our letters seem to really stand out from just a generic post card.

I live in Australia and sometimes I may only have just a few leads to send a letter to. 

How do you all address yellow letters to occupants who have died?
