My biggest advice to new investors is to listen, digest, learn and then sit back... ask yourself what YOU want out of life and the goals YOU have. 

Keep in mind that you'll need continuing ed classes every year, and the biggest headache to me is dealing with other  agents and buyers when selling your flips.

This is the biggest factor in the value of the note.

This may be your biggest hurdle in your ability to get a traditional loan.

James Wise correct me if I am wrong but you need a relator to get listed on the MLS is that not correct.Joshua Dorkin you are right this is one of the biggest but we both know it never hurts to reach far and beyond to get that ideal buyer.

It seems like that's the biggest unknown quantity that can make condo rentals extremely unprofitable.

The biggest item will be that you have some ability to service the debt outside of rental income.  

I think the three biggest differentiators in agents is their networks, local knowledge and the quality of their photographs.
