I'm not saying there aren't opportunities where you can invest now, but especially being a college student you should focus on being a great student since you chose the college path, and throughout that process do everything you can to master your personal finances.

Compared to a normal master lease, a long term NNN lease has to be 30 years and over.In essence she has fee simple ownership (name on the deed) but you have equitable ownership.

The coin-operated washing machine in my 4-plex required repair and I overnighted the master key to an appliance repair company in Colorado Springs, as I live 4 hours away and could not immediately be onsite.After the repair was made they mailed the master key (not a flat key, but the kind with a hollow round end) in a plain paper envelope.

I just can’t decide whether to spend money on an addition of a master suite then sell for 200k or just clean it up and keep it as a rental. 

Is there more value in a 4 bedroom/2 full bath or a 3 bedroom w/master suite?
