I got my most recent batch of business cards (they're fairly generic, just have my name, email, phone, and website on a blue design background... glossy on the front, nothing on the back) for less than 15 bucks shipped OVERNIGHT 'cause I needed them the day after, 250 for free, only pay shipping... so there's no excuse for cheap looking business cards in this day and age!

first tryhaving owners check with county courthouse where the title they would have had issued to them,,,for a duplicate or copy.If they are giving you that excuse cause they didnt do it another whole story.There is a form to fill out for applying to state if lost title.

LOL, Bryan, there was only one, the opportunity cost of time, and it was funny to me that you mentioned how valuable your time was, I'm retired....that's my excuse for being on here so much!

That's about the highest compliment someone in my position can possibly receive, and I've been absolutely waiting for an excuse to brag about that so thanks. 

I kept asking to get the signed agreements and SOW, but kept getting excuses, etc.Fast forward a bit and things went south fast, still no contracts (as far as I know), I wired another 4K, and now all work stops.The GC said that he never agreed to the things in the SOW my JV partner shared with me.

Thanks Robin Wilk but in the scenario I mentioned, ¿do u think that would suffice to excuse me from that responsibility?

I personally feel the rate of inflation is understated purposely to give the fed an excuse to keep rates low.  

Brian training program is no program at all (we can still say that is my opinion). but there is no excuse for a trainer to ignore countless emails, calls, voicemails, scheduled appointment.

These cookies tell google and facebook that these folks have been to my web page and when google or facebook shows them an ad, it just might be mine as they have already been to my website - this is retargeting - and it is how you see that ad for what ever the day after you were browsing that website for what ever.Now you will have to excuse me - I need to go do may daily Craigslist ads and Interact a bit on Facebook.BTW - Facebook is awesome at generating investor buyer leads, craigslist and the website generate the seller leads.
