Don't think what you are looking for exists:(Commercial market is somewhat in the "dark ages" when it comes to sharing data.

As for the cabinets, if you need to freshen them up I would do a light sand and a gel stain that's dark.  

On first glance its hard to tell but the gel pen is too dark and the standard pens are a bit too thin.

@Dev Horn Thank you for your advice I will be sure to get the best list possible so I am not just fishing in the dark.

And its hard to see a house in the dark.
