The rooms are too dark.

Things start to get really dark of ya wear that thing too long, lol. 

I’m located in Savannah, GA and would like the opportunity to shadow a seasoned investor who can teach me.

We want something neither light nor dark—maybe a mid-tone that won’t show too much wear.

Is there anyone out there that exists who is willing to let someone shadow them, while in return working for free just to watch and learn the process that truly make there living investing in multi-family and not running a sales funnel?

There are too many dark and light stain areas.

Because if they end up painting a terrible dark color, when they go to repaint it, the color could still bleed through.If I was going to approve, I would have to see the color in advance, and at a minimum the color would have to look good and match the gloss rating of the walls they are painting.

Would you be open to mentoring or shadowing?
