So with this brief into being said....1) I have searched far and wide, calling the numbers on bandit signs and opening every craigslist post to do something as simple as shadowing someone in the wholesale business, and have offered myself to help wholesalers and do the work for someone so i can get a head start.

If you are going full time into the field, expect to do a lot of shadowing to start if you are not winning your own business (i.e. have a ton of friends that are landlords looking to sell).

That would mean lying one way or another; either lying and getting the hard money lender to write a letter saying the money was a gift (no way (s)he'll do this), or trying to keep the second lender in the dark about the hard money lender altogether.

I'm the type to follow the letter of the law to the T, but surely there must be some creative ways to help expedite the removal of non-paying tenants taking advantage of their landlords.Just a shot in the dark here - legally speaking, I know you're allowed to list the house/unit for sale/rent and show the place.

There are 3rd party tools like Shadow Pixel and others that allow you to get a code to put it on a site (including Carrot) and get the data.
