Dark, but interesting to say the least. 🤣 Goodness.

I did a rehab last year where all the original popcorn ceilings has been painted with dark semigloss paint.

Some of the listings have aged pretty badly and reached out to brokers via loopnet is just a shot in the dark.  

They're just taking a shot in the dark....ignore it until you get something in writing you need to respond to.

I haven’t had any issues with the roof but recently one section of the plywood in the attic is dark and moist.

Additionally,  It might be a bit unethical to keep the bank in the dark on this matter. 

Color was actually SW 6001 Grayish, but pictures are way too dark.

After giving Alan Kirkham 5 months to right this wrong and come up with a fair resolution, we have been left in the dark with no set plans or expectations and no true point of contact, which is why we have decided to share our experience here.

Not buying the product would have been "We don't know exactly what we need to do and we're shooting in the dark trying to find a deal to 'learn' from."
