The house is two stories, about 1,500 sf, 3 bed 1 bath, brick, and the exterior appears to be in decent condition. 

The neighborhood appears to have been developed 100 years ago without regard to spacing and probably before zoning or automobiles even existed, so there's no off street parking, no space. 

While looking at options, we came across a high-end property that appears to be selling for good price that might work as a STR.

Sales appeared to have slowed (slightly), ARV seems to be stabilizing or slightly declining possibly due to the interest rates.
