I've owned it since 2004, when i paid $200k for a brand new home.

Other things they look at is emergency lights, loose railings, chipped paint, cracked walkways that may be a trip hazzard, self closing self locking doors, fire retardant paint on wood panel hallways just to name a few.. 

I am 19 years old and brand new to the real estate world.

new HVAC, electric panel, recessed lights, added bathroom, tiled bathrooms, opened up kitchen, new cabinets and appliances, granite counter tops, refinished floors.

Assuming that you get the green light on all these, who will build it?

The house is brand new so I figure there should be to many issues and the home comes with a warranty 1 year initially.

The top disconnect breaker will be labled with the amperage.  200amp means its brand new.Replacing a fuse box is $7k but includes adding grounding to the rest of the 2 wire house.- Roof. 

I updated the basement by adding laminate flooring and built a bar and added some light fixtures.
