I would keep the term of the loan short as your sale into them with financing allows them to take title and season it while building cash flow and reserves which should allow them to qualify for an institutional loan to take you out.

ERentPayment doesn't have a business address listed on their website, and they offer National criminal background check, which is a lie because Mississippi you need to go into the courthouse to search, and only law enforcement has a National criminal background check through the NCIC.
