He ended up losing a great deal of the properties because they were leveraged.Thanks for your comment Robert,I've been a "Debbie Downer" on folks using leverage when investing.Leverage is a craft that takes years to master and it should only be used by more experienced investors.Nothing comes easy in life and neither does building a large real estate portfolio.Leverage isn't the answer IMOMuch success
