Definitely not a fan of their style of business.

At that price I figured I'd buy everything I liked, style-wise, as when I buy a new property and need to add a cabinet or drawer fixture I often have to replace all of them as it's rare to be able to purchase one that matches the fixture(s) already there (as they're often older fixtures that have been discontinued).  

North Bay at Lake Arrowhead Timeshare will give you lake rights for your visit, an indoor pool and hot tub, a small fitness center, hiking trails, barbeques, tennis and basketball courts, play room for little kids, and pool table for the big ones. 

With that in mind, what type/style have you all had the most success rate with?

The tenants use it to pay rent as well but the thing my tenants like the most is the push notification style communication. 

The knowledge that I have obtained since I discovered BP has given me confidence that I can get into real estate investing at my age.I have big plans, but am unsure about which style of REI will be best for me.

Wells Fargo style, where each customer "should"  have as many accounts as possible with them as they can get you signed up for. 

So a lot of the deals I see are priced, and sell, so high that it doest make much sense for my style of investing to spend a whole lot of time or money investing in a wholeseller. 

I have read books/forums about different strategies and investment styles and here I finally decide to say hello to all of you in BP community and get my hands dirty by start executing in year 2019!

These specific areas if the home has a basement,most stay away from buying it, unless they are interested in a indoor underground (literally) pool when it rains.
