HelloI would like to know how can i create a Prent LLC and child LLC for individual rental properties.

We want our child (and future children) to grow up with family constantly in their lives. 

But what about IRS, child support, or federal court judgements?

I am a single mom with a young child and do not have a support system that would allow me travel to attend the 2 day event in CA. 

The child that lived there wrote on a couple walls so the family room needed repaint, they never opened windows while showering ruining the finish on the cabinets and causing mold problems ruining the bathroom paint.This is an old updated 1940 home with no exhaust fans in the bath or kitchen so common since says  a window needs to be open when showering or cooking nut they were not.I documented everything with pictures and I have a letter from the flooring company stating what they saw.

-My fiance and I are talking about having a child, but I don't have any savings for it.At the current budget, it seems it is impossible to save up any for emergency fund.

You could see if they will do a trial period with you managing with a plan for you to lease as propsed above but are you an only child?

Currently renting my basement out to a single mother and her child since last March, original rent was $1575 (all utilities) and I saw her situation at the time and dropped it to $1500 for a 12 month lease with all utilities included, she purchased a electric charging vehicle less than two months after moving in so obviously taking full advantage of all utilities included.Two months ago, she had a boyfriend stay with her and told me that it was temporary while he is looking for a new place.

Or is it a couple with an adult child or some other kind of family relationship?
