After some light research, I see this may involve crews mounting a junction box to the house, running a conduit from this junction box down the street using a 6" deep slit trench, pulling fiber from the street to the junction box, and drilling a hole into each unit to create a jack.

Just in that market you can go to brand new construction and the price jumps up dramatically or you can go down where you get a lower price per door.That is why @Jeffrey Donis said you need to be more specific with what you are asking.

Also, we are highly considering moving money into out of state investing markets so if there are people out there that can shine some light on things to look out for in that situation, we would greatly appreciate that as well. 

Do you think it would be worth speaking with the builder since they are brand new and also in the process of still building them.

As Airbnb matures we will see more professionalization of the industry so people will shop certain brands etc when they are looking for certain amenities.

I have a template for the lease option and I'm supposed to mail it out to the seller because she had agreed to it... can anybody please help shed some light on the subject. 

I assume a brand new home would be worth more than an ancient triplex. 

The type of rehab I’m planning to do is very light 1-1.5 months.
