In my opinion you will get 1000x more info from the Bigger Pockets podcast, forums, blogs and books.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,I have two qualified potential tenants interested in renting one of my apartments by mid-December. 

I am new to bigger pockets as well and also may be looking at a move to the Fort Collins area.

(my thought would be the seller could pay him a small amount monthly til the pay off or its just deferred payment when the refinance happens)Im new to bigger pockets by the way, so this is really exciting to have somewhere to ask any questions at all.

If you buy a property with multiple units the income from the rented units helps you qualify for a bigger loan.
