I started moving my things over in to my new home 10 days before that date, 7 days before the lease was up the owner turned up out of the blue and asked to look around, I let him in and he asked for a spare key so he could organize measurements for new carpets etc. 5 days before moving out, he shows up at the house and told me that he had moved a new mattress into one of the bedrooms, I said nothing other than I haven't been upstairs.

It's a non-profit organization all having thier own agendas, I have seen more and been involved in more disorganized, unguided and misinformed boards than you can imagine, very difficult to get anything done sometimes, but it just depends of how it is set up and the attitudes there....always politics.As an individual owner, you are simply allow others who don't have a clue to control your property, in ways you can't imagine unless you have been associated with a condo development.

State real estate license requirements differ slightly from state to state, but all usually require that an applicant complete a minimal amount of real estate education, submit an application to the state real estate governing organization, and pass a written examination.

Technically my inspection pd. hasn't begun yet--we are waiting on changes to addendum, but they have it on Pending for me.

If instincts are this much a part of every living organism's makeup, it's unlikely to change or evolve away any time soon...if ever.

Addmittadly I'm disorganized and always on the lookout for systems/methods of organizing my day-to-day, mid-term and long-term goals.

If so, it would appear there is no violation.If this really is a rental, then you have a case against the Gateway to a Better Life company or organization.

I would love to read the blogs but they are so poorly organized.

I personally am a wholesaler, that has recently begun buying and holding for rent or lease option.

I am not sure if REI clubs are as lousy in other cities as they are in Phoenix, but I would not plan on gaining much from such organizations if I were to expand into another city.I think considerable expertise can be gained by analyzing data thoroughly.
