Affected Taxpayers are entitled to relief regardless of where the relinquished property or replacement property is located.There are prominent companies in both camps, and of course if you bring this discrepancy to any one of the them, they would say, consult your own CPA.

I've never used a PM so I would consult someone who has, but they are correct that utility companies often require an SSN.

However, you may want to consult with one prior to setting it up.The cheapest method would be to create the LLC by yourselfsecond method would be to use an online self-serve website to create the LLC.The third method would be to reach out to an Attorney to set it up.I don't think any state offers an LLC at no cost.
