I saw an Hud reo about 2 blocks from me that was listed at $159,000 last sold for 433,000 (3bd 1 b) left a message for the agent but he never called back...took a walk there today , couple windows broken but seems okay...should i continue to save ( can't even get $30 in interest from saving account) can someone please give me some suggestions.many thanks

Hopefully, the auction price will end up low enough so that you can make repairs or upgrades and still make a nice profit.One situation to look carefully at is finding out who is living in the house.

You get the funds to replace the structure with similar amenities (sq ft, etc) but with modern materials. ...So, is this true even for older structures, where many "code upgrades" would have to happen?

The long forms are only ok if they're broken up into steps, for example, name/email/phone in the first step, then more information, and at the end you can hit them up with so much information, they will not want to go to the next investor for another quote.We have tested about 40 different designs, forms, layouts, etc and one of the most important things turned out to be the redirect page.
