If the frames exist and you just need the mesh screen replaced, you can buy the supplies and learn how to do it yourself watching a YouTube video.

Wifi, security system codes, video doorbells, smart locks, cameras, speakers, self installed devices in their room etc.I'm sure there are landlords that have some of these in their apartment rentals too

There are many youtube videos online where you can learn about QB.

No one can produce the videos of my robots I have.

So within 7 months of deciding to get into real estate and watching ( current number of BP podcast at 201), and reading automatic millionaire, Richest man in Babylon and some Gary Keller books, and most of the rich dad poor dad series, and watching a ton of YouTube videos and taking experienced professionals out to eat and gain their insight and knowledge, I can say I reached my goal of purchasing 2 properties.

I know older bigger pockets videos pushed this but no...Like others have said, go to the meetups not to get to know people but for people to get to know you.

I want a resource I can give my company that will help them know exactly what they need to invest in residential/multi family real estate, but they aren’t studious enough to dig through these forums or pick information out of podcasts/YouTube videos.
