Pretty good advice so far - I would say to  use this time time to learn everything you can by listening to podcasts, talking to other investors , and reading blogs, posts, and questions that other wholesalers  are asking and answering.  

I have made it my short term goal to listen to one podcast a day, read a few articles a week and be a part of the forum discussions whenever I can!
