After mailing out the initial wave of say yellow letters, how long and how often is it recommended to send a follow up mailer?

Went to the courthouse, looked up the address, wrote a letter to the mailing address of the owner, and viola!

I am concentrating on houses shown as owner-occ (thought vacant), as absentee owners are so deluged with direct mail, though each of the vacant absentee owners received handwritten letters as well from me as a first step but are used to ignoring them and many are seniors.

I am looking to start with rehab & flip I have some questions..First question is what are you doing to find your leads are you doing direct mailing (yellow letters/post cards) targeting a specific list, driving for dollars.

I am, however, interested in perhaps selling my primary residence, for the right price ;), and have received some letters from RE agents saying they have clients who are interested in the house as it's in an area with low inventory.
