I live in Kansas City, MO and work from home as a digital artist in the sports industry with a bit of freelancing on the side. 

I took the matter to the Washington Department of Labor and Industry, but because the contractor was no longer licensed, bonded and insured, they couldn't help me.

Having done deals in the industry in multiple states I can say the net effect of pot is a reduced vacancy rate among second/third generation industrial properties nearing (or already) functional obsolescence.

They both seem to offer quite a few services geared towards the industry.

The impact is close to not measurable of home ownership.The average income families will benefit somewhat. 

As for work in the area,  many people could commute to ATL for work, but I'd look at what industries are more specifically there, Palmetto, Union City, etc.As for the numbers, it depends on who you ask.

What type of project is it (industrial, commercial, multi-family, etc)3.

I just took my broker classes through them and they boast a high pass rate than the state average.

Until we can get a down payment together I'm working toward getting my real estate license so I can get involved in the industry in my off time from the day job. 

Simplest way to look at it is that industry averages are just that, averages.
