I like the idea of lobbying them to help relocate residents; I think certain nonprofits might step up to do that.

If not you will first need to contact the rural municipality encompassing the sections, township and range of the parcel to determine (or lobby) if the land is zoned (or can be zoned {$$$}) for development.

There are new flat panel tv's, new electronic door locks, a new ansul system in the restaurant kitchen, 2 new handicap- accessible restrooms in the lobby area, new water saving toilets and smoke detectors, and new wi-fi capabilities throughout the hotel.

I use a MacBook Pro so that I can do the creative when I need to and for the longevity and low/no maintenance and no extra security software.I also have a windows desktop, but I used it so little that I converted it to a home theater PC.It is almost time for me to upgrade my laptop.

I have been in the restaurant and movie theater business in Little Rock, Dallas and Atlanta.I have dabbled in real estate off and on for several years with a couple of rehabs.

-Learn to surf-Go to Japan-Go to a concert-Go see a performance at a drama theater-Re-learn the trumpet and play and practice in a studio (Was in marching band in high school and love music!)

Personally I enjoy travel, theater, fine dining, art, and gardening.

It helps to remember that the real estate agents are a very powerful lobby.
