I have never been able to understand why people pay $30K or $40K for the privilege of buying one of his over priced turn key properties.

Are you paying him 20K to move out, or 20K for the privilege of buying his house sub2?

My thoughts:A business license is only going to give you the privileged of paying more taxes.

Received their letter aka "Directed Share Program" today and came here to read this great community's feedback.I think it's another careless treatment of the hosts , while trying to pretend that we are privileged to receive their offer.

In most cultures, this would be seen as a privilege for you to have such an opportunity.A couple of years ago I helped my mother find 2 investment properties and then I managed the entire remodel project and found qualified tenants.

Very overwhelmed and in such a privileged situation and really don't want to blow it.

If an agent gives you direct access via their login info, they risk being fined or losing their MLS privileges or even their license, and I believe the MLS companies do police that by tracking IP addresses/ log ins from different devices.

Trying to read these books and listen to podcasts with an open mind but very aware of the level of "privilege" that is the undertone of many of these stories. 

Also speak with the owner to see what the tenants have been allowed to do and what privileges have they been given.
