Over the past number of years I make it a point to reach out yearly to each state's manufactured housing division or title transfer bureau to double-check I'm familiar with the local laws and title procedures. 

If your going to put another mobile home or manufactured home on the property you will need another big stack of cash shortly after closing to do this.

That other stuff to me, happens to be where I'm going to finance the new manufactured home.

I've been in contact with a seller who has an acreage tract with a newer manufactured home that has been tied to the property.
